# Voile Magazine vs Bretons

Voile Magazine and Bretons are too close to call on the numbers: across 6 compared parameters — price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.

Both are free to download. Voile Magazine sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $49.00 per year and Bretons sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Voile Magazine ships an update every 6 months, Bretons every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
