# iGenii vs PeekSmith (BS Magic)

The clearest difference is rating: iGenii at 4.7 against PeekSmith (BS Magic)'s 3.7. iGenii also leads on ratings volume (57 vs 3). PeekSmith (BS Magic)'s advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 63%) and monetization model (free vs subscription). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

iGenii holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iGenii has 57 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of iGenii's written reviews are positive against 100% of PeekSmith (BS Magic)'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iGenii ships an update every 5 months, PeekSmith (BS Magic) every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
