# Elevate vs MindPal

Elevate and MindPal both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 80% of MindPal's written reviews are positive against 59% of Elevate's. MindPal also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Elevate's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and chart position (#19 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Elevate sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and MindPal sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Elevate against 4.7 for MindPal. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Elevate has 546K ratings behind it against 86K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 59% of Elevate's written reviews are positive against 80% of MindPal's.

Elevate ships an update weekly, MindPal every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
