# Elevate vs Brilliant

Elevate and Brilliant both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 79% of Brilliant's written reviews are positive against 59% of Elevate's. Elevate's advantage is ratings volume (544K vs 33K). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Elevate sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Brilliant sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Elevate against 4.7 for Brilliant. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Elevate has 544K ratings behind it against 33K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 59% of Elevate's written reviews are positive against 79% of Brilliant's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. Both last shipped on October 15, 2026.
