# SIMS Teacher vs Class Monster

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Class Monster at 67% against SIMS Teacher's 13%. Class Monster also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and device support (3 vs 1). SIMS Teacher's advantage is rating (3.3 vs 3.1). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SIMS Teacher holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 3.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 8 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of SIMS Teacher's written reviews are positive against 67% of Class Monster's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
