# Assist4All vs BOO

The clearest difference is update cadence: BOO at every 4 days against Assist4All's every 2 months. Assist4All's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Assist4All sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and BOO sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Assist4All ships an update every 2 months, BOO every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
