# Recycle BC vs DNVCollect

The clearest difference is review sentiment: DNVCollect at 94% against Recycle BC's 68%. Recycle BC's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Recycle BC holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 11 and 11 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 68% of Recycle BC's written reviews are positive against 94% of DNVCollect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 4 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
