# Global tide vs Tide Link

The clearest difference is device support: Global tide at 3 against Tide Link's 1. Global tide also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Global tide sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Tide Link sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
