# School's Out vs QuickScan Book Leveler

The clearest difference is rating: QuickScan Book Leveler at 4.7 against School's Out's 3.1. QuickScan Book Leveler also leads on ratings volume (917 vs 30). School's Out's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QuickScan Book Leveler sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. School's Out asks for nothing beyond the download.

QuickScan Book Leveler holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: QuickScan Book Leveler has 917 ratings behind it against 30, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of School's Out's written reviews are positive against 43% of QuickScan Book Leveler's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
