# Ocean Craft Multiplayer Lite vs Dream Blue Ocean

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Ocean Craft Multiplayer Lite at none against Dream Blue Ocean's 7. Ocean Craft Multiplayer Lite also leads on ratings volume (44 vs 5). Dream Blue Ocean's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months) and rating (3.6 vs 3.3). On price, review sentiment, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dream Blue Ocean sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Ocean Craft Multiplayer Lite asks for nothing beyond the download.

Dream Blue Ocean holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ocean Craft Multiplayer Lite has 44 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of Ocean Craft Multiplayer Lite's written reviews are positive against 55% of Dream Blue Ocean's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ocean Craft Multiplayer Lite ships an update every 6 months, Dream Blue Ocean every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
