# CMA Connect vs Odie's

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Odie's at 100% against CMA Connect's 18%. Odie's also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.5). CMA Connect's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Odie's holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CMA Connect has 92 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 18% of CMA Connect's written reviews are positive against 100% of Odie's's.

CMA Connect ships an update every 2 months, Odie's every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
