# Promessas vs 7me

The clearest difference is rating: 7me at 4.6 against Promessas's 3.1. 7me also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 7 months). Promessas's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 51%) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.6). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

7me holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 12 and 10 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Promessas's written reviews are positive against 51% of 7me's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Promessas ships an update every 7 months, 7me every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
