# HD RiderPoints vs Harley

The clearest difference is rating: HD RiderPoints at 3.7 against Harley's 2.3. HD RiderPoints also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.1). Harley's advantage is ratings volume (87 vs 3) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

HD RiderPoints holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Harley has 87 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of HD RiderPoints's written reviews are positive against 9% of Harley's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

HD RiderPoints ships an update every 4 months, Harley every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
