# BJ's Restaurants vs P.F. Chang's

The clearest difference is chart position: BJ's Restaurants at #111 against P.F. Chang's's unranked. BJ's Restaurants also leads on review sentiment (35% vs 23%) and ratings volume (10K vs 1.5K). P.F. Chang's's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

P.F. Chang's holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BJ's Restaurants has 10K ratings behind it against 1.5K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 35% of BJ's Restaurants's written reviews are positive against 23% of P.F. Chang's's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BJ's Restaurants ships an update every 3 months, P.F. Chang's every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
