# MBC Shahid vs أمثالٌ شعبية

The clearest difference is rating: أمثالٌ شعبية at 5.0 against MBC Shahid's 3.0. MBC Shahid's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (23K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MBC Shahid sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and أمثالٌ شعبية sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
