# Datebook vs InnerGroup

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Datebook at none against InnerGroup's 1. Datebook also leads on review sentiment (94% vs 78%) and ratings volume (16 vs 1). InnerGroup's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. InnerGroup sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Datebook asks for nothing beyond the download.

InnerGroup holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Datebook has 16 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 94% of Datebook's written reviews are positive against 78% of InnerGroup's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
