# Candy Camera vs Juice

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Juice at 100% against Candy Camera's 47%. Juice also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.2) and ads (none vs shown). Candy Camera's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly) and ratings volume (1.1K vs 22). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Candy Camera sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Juice sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Juice holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Candy Camera has 1.1K ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 47% of Candy Camera's written reviews are positive against 100% of Juice's.

Candy Camera ships an update every 3 days, Juice fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
