# Магнит vs Appеtit

The clearest difference is rating: Appеtit at 5.0 against Магнит's 4.3. Appеtit also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Магнит's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (3.1K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Appеtit holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Магнит has 3.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Магнит ships an update weekly, Appеtit every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
