# Swimtopia vs Dive Live

The clearest difference is rating: Swimtopia at 4.7 against Dive Live's 3.1. Swimtopia also leads on ratings volume (6K vs 51) and chart position (#95 vs unranked). Dive Live's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Swimtopia sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Dive Live sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $24.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Swimtopia holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Swimtopia has 6K ratings behind it against 51, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 52% and 53% positive.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
