# Plotagon Story vs PLOTAVERSE

The clearest difference is rating: PLOTAVERSE at 4.5 against Plotagon Story's 3.5. PLOTAVERSE also leads on ads (none vs shown). Plotagon Story's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and review sentiment (51% vs 34%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Plotagon Story sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and PLOTAVERSE sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PLOTAVERSE holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3.9K and 4.7K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of Plotagon Story's written reviews are positive against 34% of PLOTAVERSE's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Plotagon Story ships an update every 5 weeks, PLOTAVERSE monthly. Both last shipped on October 19, 2026.
