# Plotagon Story vs Stickman

The clearest difference is ads: Stickman at none against Plotagon Story's shown. Stickman also leads on rating (3.9 vs 3.6). Plotagon Story's advantage is ratings volume (3.9K vs 253) and review sentiment (51% vs 40%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Plotagon Story sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Stickman sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Stickman holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Plotagon Story has 3.9K ratings behind it against 253, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of Plotagon Story's written reviews are positive against 40% of Stickman's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Plotagon Story ships an update every 5 weeks, Stickman every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
