# Plotagon Story vs Story

The clearest difference is rating: Story at 5.0 against Plotagon Story's 3.6. Story also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks). Plotagon Story's advantage is ratings volume (3.9K vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Plotagon Story sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Story sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Story holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Plotagon Story has 3.9K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Plotagon Story ships an update every 5 weeks, Story weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
