# MailBuzzr Pro vs Polymail

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Polymail at none against MailBuzzr Pro's 4. Polymail also leads on rating (3.9 vs 3.4) and ratings volume (86 vs 19). MailBuzzr Pro's advantage is review sentiment (78% vs 63%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 16.0). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MailBuzzr Pro sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $49.99 per year. Polymail asks for nothing beyond the download.

Polymail holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 19 and 86 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of MailBuzzr Pro's written reviews are positive against 63% of Polymail's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MailBuzzr Pro ships an update every 4 weeks, Polymail fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
