# ISIC vs emage

The clearest difference is monetization model: emage at free against ISIC's free with in-app purchases. emage also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 weeks) and review sentiment (38% vs 20%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ISIC ships an update every 5 weeks, emage every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
