# AirPano Travel Book vs Flymaps

The clearest difference is review sentiment: AirPano Travel Book at 74% against Flymaps's 26%. AirPano Travel Book also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 18.0). Flymaps's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (6.5K vs 112). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AirPano Travel Book sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Flymaps sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flymaps holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flymaps has 6.5K ratings behind it against 112, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of AirPano Travel Book's written reviews are positive against 26% of Flymaps's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AirPano Travel Book ships an update every 4 months, Flymaps fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
