The clearest difference is price: Capera (HD camera) at Free against Chopper's $1.99. Capera (HD camera) also leads on rating (4.4 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (347 vs 23). Chopper's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On review sentiment, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Capera (HD camera) holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0.
