# Bundesregierung vs WDR

The clearest difference is update cadence: WDR at every 3 weeks against Bundesregierung's every 5 months. WDR also leads on review sentiment (72% vs 60%) and ratings volume (4 vs 1). Bundesregierung's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Bundesregierung holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Bundesregierung's written reviews are positive against 72% of WDR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bundesregierung ships an update every 5 months, WDR every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
