# Bach Flower Self vs Frequency Healing

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Bach Flower Self at none against Frequency Healing's 3. Bach Flower Self also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). Frequency Healing's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 9 months) and ratings volume (286 vs 8). On price, rating, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Frequency Healing sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month. Bach Flower Self asks for nothing beyond the download.

Frequency Healing holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Frequency Healing has 286 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 91% of Bach Flower Self's written reviews are positive against 89% of Frequency Healing's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bach Flower Self ships an update every 9 months, Frequency Healing every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
