# Wim Hof Method vs Sanchez Coaching

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Wim Hof Method at 14K against Sanchez Coaching's 1. On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wim Hof Method sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Sanchez Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $299.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
