# Framebridge vs WallPictureApp

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Framebridge at none against WallPictureApp's 10. Framebridge also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (4.5K vs 280). WallPictureApp's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, review sentiment, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WallPictureApp sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Framebridge asks for nothing beyond the download.

Framebridge holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Framebridge has 4.5K ratings behind it against 280, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Framebridge's written reviews are positive against 55% of WallPictureApp's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Framebridge ships an update monthly, WallPictureApp fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
