# Framebridge vs Flashback Albums

Framebridge and Flashback Albums both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Flashback Albums's written reviews are positive against 50% of Framebridge's. Flashback Albums also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). Framebridge's advantage is ratings volume (4.5K vs 5) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Flashback Albums holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Framebridge has 4.5K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 50% of Framebridge's written reviews are positive against 100% of Flashback Albums's.

Framebridge ships an update monthly, Flashback Albums fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
