# Ciak vs TvLoft

The clearest difference is ads: Ciak at none against TvLoft's shown. Ciak also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). TvLoft's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ciak sells 20 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 3 months and TvLoft sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
