# 1 DOT vs Heirs and Graces Visual Novel

The clearest difference is update cadence: 1 DOT at every 3 weeks against Heirs and Graces Visual Novel's every 117 months. 1 DOT also leads on rating (4.5 vs 4.1) and ratings volume (269 vs 22). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 1 DOT sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Heirs and Graces Visual Novel sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

1 DOT holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 1 DOT has 269 ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 54% of 1 DOT's written reviews are positive against 60% of Heirs and Graces Visual Novel's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

1 DOT ships an update every 3 weeks, Heirs and Graces Visual Novel every 117 months. Both last shipped on October 21, 2026.
