# 1 DOT vs Spooky Trip

The clearest difference is rating: 1 DOT at 4.5 against Spooky Trip's 1.0. 1 DOT also leads on ratings volume (275 vs 1) and iOS requirement (6.0 vs 16.0). Spooky Trip's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 1 DOT sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Spooky Trip sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

1 DOT holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 1 DOT has 275 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

1 DOT ships an update every 3 weeks, Spooky Trip every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
