# C vs SEMAShow

The clearest difference is rating: C at 4.1 against SEMAShow's 3.5. C also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). SEMAShow's advantage is review sentiment (25% vs 0%) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

C holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 8 and 26 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of C's written reviews are positive against 25% of SEMAShow's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

C ships an update every 4 months, SEMAShow every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 9, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
