# C vs Sun Products

The clearest difference is rating: Sun Products at 5.0 against C's 4.1. Sun Products also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.6). C's advantage is update cadence (every 4 months vs every 32 months) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Sun Products holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: C has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

C ships an update every 4 months, Sun Products every 32 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
