# 18Birdies vs Tee Total

The clearest difference is update cadence: 18Birdies at weekly against Tee Total's every 2 months. 18Birdies also leads on ratings volume (306K vs 3) and chart position (#6 vs unranked). Tee Total's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 74%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 18Birdies sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Tee Total sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for 18Birdies against 5.0 for Tee Total. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 18Birdies has 306K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 74% of 18Birdies's written reviews are positive against 100% of Tee Total's.

18Birdies ships an update weekly, Tee Total every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
