# 18Birdies vs GolfEase

The clearest difference is ratings volume: 18Birdies at 306K against GolfEase's 2. 18Birdies also leads on chart position (#5 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 18Birdies sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and GolfEase sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for 18Birdies against 5.0 for GolfEase. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 18Birdies has 306K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
