# Awesome TV vs India Forums

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: India Forums at none against Awesome TV's 1. India Forums also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 6 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Awesome TV's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (38 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Awesome TV sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. India Forums asks for nothing beyond the download.

India Forums holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Awesome TV has 38 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Awesome TV ships an update every 6 months, India Forums every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
