# The Guides vs Remember

The clearest difference is update cadence: Remember at every 3 weeks against The Guides's every 4 months. The Guides's advantage is chart position (#196 vs unranked) and ratings volume (731 vs 108). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

The Guides costs $2.99 and Remember $2.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for The Guides against 4.6 for Remember. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: The Guides has 731 ratings behind it against 108, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 88% of The Guides's written reviews are positive against 79% of Remember's.

The Guides ships an update every 4 months, Remember every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
