# WiFi File Drive vs My FileManager

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: WiFi File Drive at none against My FileManager's 3. WiFi File Drive also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (86% vs 61%). My FileManager's advantage is ratings volume (17K vs 29). On price, rating, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. My FileManager sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. WiFi File Drive asks for nothing beyond the download.

My FileManager holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: My FileManager has 17K ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of WiFi File Drive's written reviews are positive against 61% of My FileManager's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WiFi File Drive ships an update every 2 weeks, My FileManager fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
