BusWhere School Bus Tracking also leads on ratings volume (2.6K vs 22) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). BelleMobile's advantage is review sentiment (40% vs 30%) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BusWhere School Bus Tracking holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BusWhere School Bus Tracking has 2.6K ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two.
