# WEBTOON vs Tinyview Comics

The clearest difference is ads: Tinyview Comics at none against WEBTOON's shown. WEBTOON's advantage is ratings volume (517K vs 1.5K) and chart position (#23 vs unranked). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WEBTOON sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Tinyview Comics sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for WEBTOON against 4.8 for Tinyview Comics. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WEBTOON has 517K ratings behind it against 1.5K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 55% of WEBTOON's written reviews are positive against 50% of Tinyview Comics's.

WEBTOON ships an update fortnightly, Tinyview Comics every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
