# Studydrive vs TUM Campus App

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Studydrive at 76% against TUM Campus App's 33%. Studydrive also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (17 vs 2). TUM Campus App's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 6) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Studydrive sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. TUM Campus App asks for nothing beyond the download.

TUM Campus App holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Studydrive has 17 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 76% of Studydrive's written reviews are positive against 33% of TUM Campus App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Studydrive ships an update fortnightly, TUM Campus App every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
