# Password Manager vs Telescopic

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Password Manager at 2.6K against Telescopic's 2. Password Manager also leads on device support (4 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.0). Telescopic's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Password Manager sells 30 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Telescopic sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Telescopic holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Password Manager has 2.6K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Password Manager ships an update every 2 weeks, Telescopic weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
