# G2A vs BUFF Market

The clearest difference is rating: G2A at 4.6 against BUFF Market's 3.4. G2A also leads on ratings volume (14K vs 144) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). BUFF Market's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

G2A holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: G2A has 14K ratings behind it against 144, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 26% of G2A's written reviews are positive against 47% of BUFF Market's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

G2A ships an update every 3 weeks, BUFF Market every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 22, 2026.
