The clearest difference is ads: Executioner 2 at none against FPV War Kamikaze Drone's shown. Executioner 2 also leads on review sentiment (78% vs 53%) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 16.6). FPV War Kamikaze Drone's advantage is ratings volume (407 vs 22) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Executioner 2 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and FPV War Kamikaze Drone sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
