The clearest difference is in-app purchases: SeaBase at none against Terra Map's 2. SeaBase also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). Terra Map's advantage is ratings volume (541 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Terra Map sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per year. SeaBase asks for nothing beyond the download.
