# iCent app vs IELTS PTE Exam Prep

The clearest difference is rating: IELTS PTE Exam Prep at 4.5 against iCent app's 3.9. IELTS PTE Exam Prep also leads on ratings volume (89 vs 9). iCent app's advantage is review sentiment (77% vs 51%) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

IELTS PTE Exam Prep holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IELTS PTE Exam Prep has 89 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of iCent app's written reviews are positive against 51% of IELTS PTE Exam Prep's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iCent app ships an update every 8 days, IELTS PTE Exam Prep every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
