# Republic Services vs Vienna Connect

The clearest difference is rating: Vienna Connect at 4.6 against Republic Services's 4.2. Republic Services's advantage is ratings volume (3.3K vs 11) and review sentiment (10% vs 0%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Vienna Connect holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Republic Services has 3.3K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 10% of Republic Services's written reviews are positive against 0% of Vienna Connect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Republic Services ships an update every 2 months, Vienna Connect every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
